Triumph.

How do you measure it?

In the realm of competition, we consider triumph over someone. In our own battles, we triumph over something.

But how can we ever feel triumphant if we are still be conquered by our fears?

Triumph tends to be a word saved for a small group of elite individuals. They’ve mastered a set of skills developing the physical ability and mental capacity to blast through adversity with tenacious pursuit and laser-focus on the end goal.

To triumph over someone leaves us weak in mind as we are constantly seeking outer validation. Our need for this type of conquest through comparison paves a rocky path, a greater fear of failure, developing high levels of inner judgement and lessons self-esteem.

Triumph over our own weaknesses builds character and an insatiable passion for excellence. We pursue what we are most inspired by because we are abel to embrace the understanding that nothing is impossible. Fear dissipates, life unfolds and our sense of self reflects authentic expression. We conquer only our limits of mind in the knowing that they are the only thing standing between us and our success.

Two very different perspectives each with a different outcome.

Courage: It’s what’s for breakfast.

Do you ever feel like life is getting in the way of your success? It’s as though your efforts to change, grow or create success seem to be overshadowed by the throws of work stress and time commitments.

Nothing gets done. Dreams go unattained. Hope feels lost.

But WHY? Why is it that we let our dreams stand to the side while we suffer through the same old routine we’ve come to know so well?

Courage. We lack it. We fear it. We have NO clue what it truly means.

Courage, like many higher self qualities, is a by-product of three things:

1- being crystal clear on your desired outcome

2- having the will to be vulnerable enough to face every belief working against you

3- developing a level of integrity so strong that your values become YOU

Courage is not something you just wake up one day and “have.” No, it’s a progressively developed characteristic that represents countless hours of sticking to one’s goals, unconditionally devoted mental space for the trials and tribulations of one’s path to achievement, and a passion so strong that the heart becomes unwavering in its pursuit of excellence.

These traits can NOT be attained with fear or self doubt present. In fact, when you see people who are guarded or wearing a preverbal suit of armor to protect themselves, you will find they are hiding a great deal of fear masked as courage. Not courage in truth, but survival mode in action, at best.

When we fake the funk with courage, we create more suffering and attract more things to validate our fears simply because we are too afraid to look at or own the fact that we are the creators of our own reality.

Real courage is a standard whereby we have faced our fears, allowed ourselves to be vulnerable, taking on the challenge of dissolving beliefs about limits, and created a new way of being that flows in and with integrity.

Imagine what would happen in your life if, instead of feeding yourself limited beliefs and suffering thoughts each morning, you fed yourself a big bowl of courage! If your morning was spent working through your mental obstacles and overcoming fears, your day would present itself very differently.

Today, and every day, seek to let go of and eliminate your fears. Get right with yourself by taking action to overcome the things you believe have power over you. Make a commitment to dissolve the illusions of your mind and seek value in knowing YOU are in charge of your destiny.

This is how you BECOME who your future needs you to be.

Identify with the Struggle or Extract the Wisdom? The battle between: Mediocrity vs Excellence

The other day, I was feeling the need to expand. I felt some resistance in my flow and needed a bit of clarity. After surrendering to silence and allowing messages to come in freely, this is what came through:

You have a choice-
Pursue excellence
OR
Pursue mediocrity

Whichever you choose, obviously, you’ll get back in manifest.

Don’t waste time doing something “just to get it done.” Choose one of the above approaches and take ownership for it!

Should you choose excellence, work smarter, sharpen your skills, learn as much as you can to apply every ounce of passion you’ve got, seek out mentors, look for blessings and lessons in EVERY experience, remember the nuggets of wisdom, choose activities that align with your purpose, express humility in the learning process, be in continual gratitude, surround yourself with people who uplift and inspire you, take risks with conscious response-ability, choose experiences that challenge your beliefs, be thankful for your life, give thanks for those who’ve given you a chance to better know yourself, smile more, and let your passion drive you to precision in the desired reality.

In the event you choose mediocrity, just go ahead and do what you’ve always done, push through tasks aimlessly, work harder, prove to others that you’ve suffered, vent your stress, blame others for your bad moods, procrastinate, hold on to the past, identify with pain as much as possibly, surround yourself with people who want to keep you the same, be driven by the societal belief systems, limit yourself to what’s safe, be distracted more times than not, blame society for your downfall, blame your parents for bad upbringing, blame your culture/government or anything else for your hardships, be driven by money over purpose, follow through with commitments ONLY that serve to validate your negative perceptions of reality.

In the first choice, excellence, we embrace experiences as lessons rather than memories. We allow them to wash off our backs while extracting the biggest nuggets of wisdom only to apply for future reference.

In the second choice, mediocrity, we attach to the memory AS our identity in FULL detail. We identify with the pain, the suffering, and anchor in our perception AS the experience. We are not open to see the hidden meanings because we’ve already made logic, limited and un-nurturing, to explain what happened.

If you truly desire change, mediocrity will not help you get there.

Choose wisely.

Simple Strategy for Mastering Your To-Do Lists

Do you wake up first thing in the morning stressing about all the things you have to do, and instead of feeling empowered in the knowing that everything CAN get done with ease and grace, you convince yourself that you just don’t have enough time?

The key is perception.

Review your list and you may find some things on there that do not match your priorities. These are things you THINK have urgency but really are more of a distraction from taking care of what’s really important.

If your list is FULL and you seem like there’s no end in sight, it’s most likely because you have not gotten clear on your priorities enough to know which items deserve your attention and which do not.

If you find you are exhausted just looking at your list, stop focusing on the tasks and turn your attention onto the quality you wish to experience throughout the day. Align only the tasks that give you that feeling and move the rest to another day.

Perception creates our overall experience. If we believe it will be too difficult, then there is NO chance we’ll find a suitable solution to overcome it. Plain and simple.

In order to truly create space in your life, you must have FAITH in yourself to innovate your way out of a treacherous situation and push forward. This is the ONLY way to resolve your caged feelings.

By consistently aligning your actions with your priorities, getting clear on what really matters and following through to make your way to that reality, you will find stress decrease, energy sky rocket, and your overall sense of wellbeing becomes a more steady experience.

Allow yourself to be open to review what you are putting your energy and attention on. Do this regularly so you can have check in periods with yourself. Address any distractions you have noticed that are consuming your time destructively and any actions that seem to inspire you to greater things. Be willing to ditch the things that come up for you that no longer serve your priorities.

You may find that some actions, while not in alignment, are attached to who you THINK you are vs who you are working to become. This is where the biggest transformations occur! You will notice emotions surface when the attachments are large. Patience is essential in letting go as this process will shift the context of your identity.

Changing thoughts, actions and habits to create space forces us in human mind to face, reframe, and restructure our deepest beliefs about reality. Explore, be adventurous and experiment with your beliefs pertaining to what each task means to you. Don’t dwell on things that pull you down. If they are MUST tasks, find new ways of celebrating the action in them and approach them with a different perception. Seek thoughts on blessings, not suffering.

Be mindful in each task of how it makes you feel before, during and after. Notice any shifts in fear or self accomplishment. Take note of changes so you can remind yourself the next time of what you discovered within yourself during these action steps. Constantly choose higher feeling actions, thoughts and emotions.

Mastering the art of simplicity in a to-do list can be a most powerful tool for awakening to your higher self! The more you align, the easier life gets, and the better you become.

The Power of NOW!- Misguided lessons in the Law of Attraction

Has this ever happened to you?

You’re doing something fun and feeling a sense of ease in your experience. All of a sudden, a flash of inspiration comes and you think “I could totally do that! AND it would be amazing!”

A bit of time goes by, you don’t give it much thought and one day you realize you are actually LIVING that experience in manifest. It’s as though something “outside” of you has created the path of creation to make it happen in your life and you seem to have contributed little to no effort to help the process.

This is a function of Law of Attraction. Check out my recent article on how to get the most out of this burst of inspiration.

We’ve all heard the phrase “What you seek is also seeking you.” And it’s true, inspirational thoughts are a sign that something so much bigger than we can fathom in the moment is calling us TO IT.

Indigos, Crystals, StarSeeds and the like, will all attest to the knowing that Universe works with immediacy IF we are aligned with pure consciousness rather than ego. Surrendering into the blessings of a situation can make for great speed in manifesting what feels and appears to be a “miracle.”

There’s one problem…The Veruca Salt Syndrome.

3rwg61

If you’ve ever been around someone who feels entitled, you would perceive them to be a bit like a spoiled brat, right? With all due respect, once you’ve experienced the quickness of alignment, it’s easy to fall into the trap of expecting things fast every time.

Human condition will influence you to seek instant gratification to escape your current suffering and before you know it, you’ve created MORE resistance against the very thing you are trying to align with.

Patience becomes less of a virtue and more of an acquired taste. Eventually, we become frustrated and the lack of speed and resort to living by default (experiencing life by bouncing off the unconscious creations of others with no direct intentions for creation).

If you really want things to be speedy, you have to slow down. No, really!
Slow down your mind, your thoughts and your actions. You’ve got to get present with yourself, with your past and with the mistakes and suffering you are using to identify with.

Your “pace” must become more of an easy and graceful flow as you line up beside the moving target of your desired reality. Get rid of dead weight by practicing extreme forgiveness of all you have done wrong and of those who have wronged you. Let your mind wander on all the glorious things that will happen NOW that your reality is within your reach.

Become the equivalent of it by dreaming and acting in the moment. Play pretend, experiment and live like everything is as you want it to be. Do not seek escape FROM your current level of suffering, escape TO your higher level experience.

If you feel remorse from making bad decisions the last time you experienced a miracle, check out yesterday’s article for more on how to keep the momentum flowing.

The important thing here is to remember, while you may be frustrated and feel like you suck at life, the more you are thankful, bless yourself and others, and seek greater meaning in all things, the faster you will be able to experience the infinite joy that IS your true reality.

The Hidden Abundance of Living Paycheck to Paycheck- A lesson in Law of Attraction

The reality of living from paycheck to paycheck is a taxing struggle, a seemingly endless merry-go-round of momentum bursts, similar to a cha-cha. Just when you seem to gain traction, you fall behind and so on.

Imagining a day when you get a new job with a higher salary keeps you hoping that things will get better, but they don’t. Without reprogramming this dance, you are doomed to repeat it no matter HOW much money you make.

You see, this is really a powerful metaphor for life. Broken down, it looks like this:

1- PAYDAY- You have a new experience, a powerful AH-HA moment, or a burst of divine inspiration that brightens your life and helps you to see things from a fresh perspective. A new lease on life drives you to walk with a spring in your step and you feel on top of the world. All of a sudden, you can see things clearly, your actions seem to flow with ease and it feels as though a weight has been lifted from your chest.

2-BANK ACCOUNT GETS LOW- Because you chose to ride the wave rather than create sustainability by using the inspiration to program new habits and thought forms, the original bliss you experienced is starting to dwindle. The burst of inspiration is fading off in the distance and you find yourself wondering if and when that feeling will return. Instead of using what little light you have left to change the way you run your life, you try to fight to keep that inspiration from a fear of scarcity.

3-STRESS SETS IN- You realize that all of the energy you acquired in that initial moment is gone. You’ve wasted it on things that didn’t really help you succeed. Regret, shame and defeat set in as you realize you were riding high in a feeling that was only temporary. Lost and broken, you long for the next burst of light to come in.

4-DOWNFALL- Rock bottom with nothing in your account, you begin imagining all the things you will do with your next round. You plan escapes through “retail therapy” to ease the pain with the excuse “I deserve this.” Entitlement sets in. You stop seeing your power to change these habits and further anchor in your demise as escaping FROM something temporary will not get you the desired reality you truly desire.

5-PINGBACK- Universe hears you crying out “UGH, I’m always broke. I never have enough money, time, energy, love, to do the things I want to do in life. Just when I think I have it together, something comes around and knocks me down again. Why can’t I ever get a break?!?!” Unfortunately, your vibration says: broke, never have enough, always get knocked down, never get a break. The universe hears only what we vibrate and so…our perpetual flow of scarcity is anchored in AS our reality.

There is only one way to end this cycle: BECOME the person who we would be if our life was perfect.

If you know your desired reality is bigger than your current reality, there is NO WAY you will be the same once it has come true. Somethings will have to change. Habits, thoughts and conscious choice will all be different.

If you know that there will be another wave of light coming your way, what will you do to prepare it and ride it out for longer? What plans will you make now to make the most of it rather than seeking only temporary gratification?

Choosing to educate, seek passion, and find blessings in the process will afford you the ability to make better use of the next wave so you can build a foundation of and for growth. Learn new tools and skills to better equip yourself. Find clarity in WHO, HOW and WHY you are falling into the trap so you can prevent it from happening again.

Understand your fear for/in delayed gratification!

Take ownership for your actions and respond with precision to adversity rather than avoiding awareness and numbing your brain with quick fixes.

If you truly want to live the life you desire, you must be willing to explore and destroy any and all habits, thought patterns and identities that hold you in stagnation. THIS is how the Universe KNOWS you are ready for the goodness. Change your thoughts, change your vibration, and watch life unfold to and for you.

DNA, relationships, finances, health and an infinite number of other things will be changed because you CHOSE to end the pattern of “paycheck to paycheck.”

The Magic of Manifestation…A lesson on the Law of Attraction in 7 steps

It’s been said that you can change your life by simply changing your thoughts. Unfortunately, many people who’ve seen The Secret decided to have a million dollars then sat on their couch doing the same old thing they always have and wondered why the simplicity of “intention” didn’t work for them…

For those minds, intention was a passing term used only to validate their need for worthiness. In essence, they used “I set an intention” as an excuse for not doing anything more to achieve the desired reality.

Funny thing is, on the path to reality creation, WE’VE ALL DONE THIS! 😛

As an Intuitive Life Coach, I have the awesome ability to work with clients on tuning in to their desired reality throughout every aspect of their lives. We find that a simple “intention” really has now power, essentially fizzling out without proper follow up in action. The process of “creating” is less words and much more of a “beingness.”

If you suffer from a busy mind and can’t seem to gain clarity on what you DO want, spending more time on what you don’t want and being overwhelmed by analysis, odds are you are not truly living the life you desire. You have tuned into the frequency of lack, scarcity and victimhood simply because you are focusing on how miserable your situation is.

Having a clear mind does not mean you have to be perfect at all times. Nor does it mean you have to be somewhere other than you are right now. It means you are choosing to accept things as is for the current moment, be aware of WHO you are choosing to be in this moment, and consciously embracing a different, more elevated version of the story.

In manifest it would look something like this…

1-You have a glimpse of inspiration. It’s bigger than you would have ever imagined for yourself. Sure, you may have some doubts but something inside of you tells you it’s possible. (This is the Universe hinting at you that it has some amazing gift waiting for you to receive it.)

2-You acknowledge this burst of inspiration and further explore what life would be like to have this reality as your own. (This is what Humans call “daydreaming” :))

3-You decide then and there that THIS will become your new reality and instead of looking to all the ways it won’t work, you determine all the ways it WILL. (This shift in focus is ESSENTIAL to the frequency alignment!! DO NOT SKIP THIS STEP!)

4-With that list of CAN and WILL’S you realize that a few things in your life must change because once you reach that you won’t be doing some of the same things anymore. You make a list of habits and perceptions to let go of and one of those you wish to change. (One becomes your No-Go Zone, the other The New, Improved, Better, Faster, Stronger,…you get the point…version of you.)

5-You acknowledge the patterns you are letting go of as having served you well. You give thanks for having the experience with them and notice what you have learned because of them. Send them off into the nothingness from whence they came. (Like little thought bubbles floating off into space.)

6-You review the list of patterns you wish to change knowing that by shifting these you are aligning yourself with the vibration of your desired reality. (You begin to live “as-if” your reality had already come true.)

7-Hearing your call, the Universe answers back rejoicing in your decision to move forward in the receiving of these gifts. Little things begin to happen around and through you that seem to be miracles but you know they are signs that YOU are now BECOMING your desired reality. (This is the process of final alignment.)

While most of us get wrapped up in the words of an intention, we forget the power of following through with right action to walk in faith toward the desired reality. We cannot and mustn’t forget the alignment or the Law does not work.

We are divine creations of soulful origin. Our purpose here on Earth is not to sit in the same-old-same-old. We are here to create, to inspire and to ignite the passions of the heart. By enacting the Law we are establishing a foundation of creative expression for others to follow and evoke. Our efforts in actioning divine inspiration are not meant to simply benefit us. They are divine gifts THROUGH us to the world as ONE.

Where we typically fear creating our own reality the judgement of selfishness, is it not selfish to hold back our gifts from the world? If by our creation of reality we have the power and potential to benefit humanity through greater finances, travel, community contributions and such, would it not be selfish to deny our ability to create in general?

As we are all part of ONE consciousness, what we do impacts the WHOLE. TO raise our own vibrations is to raise the whole of consciousness.

What IF by your creation of reality you were able to change the world for the better? What if you could make more money to build schools, to help those who suffer from terminal illness, or to help those in need find homes? Would you practice creation in your own life with the knowing your creations were for the highest good of us all?

Can you cast your fears aside and choose to REALLY create your own reality? Are you willing to step out of your own way and allow Universe to show you all the amazing goodness it has in store? Can you make make a declaration in this very moment to BECOME your desired reality?

Share your declarations below if you are called to. Strength is always in numbers so the more people you tell about your declaration, the more you are destined to become it.

The Science of Life- Why you NEED to experiment with your food

Why you NEED to experiment with your food memePerpetual dieting. Yo-yo weight loss and gain…it was a never-ending cycle…

Until I changed my perspective.

It’s funny how we’ll be quick to follow a generic diet plan that is “sweeping the nation” rather than taking time to understand our body in the same way we get to know our spouse or life partner.

As a child and teen, I was a massive overeater. I gorged on food that would essentially put me in carb coma in order to pass out and not have to deal with reality. Food was my “friend” and “ally” on the surface but in reality it was really my biggest enemy. It had full control over me.

Jenny Craig in 4th grade, low-carb, no dairy, no bread, no fat, and even the cabbage soup diet. You name it, I tried it. The issue of my need to “feed” never resolved itself.

When I was diagnosed by a third doctor to be on Prozac I realized something had to change. Not until I became a trainer and began eating like a bodybuilder did I fully understand the utter importance of experimentation with food.

Being a lover of food, I quickly discovered that eating 4-5 or even 6-8 small meals per day was AMAZING for someone like me who LOVED food. Instead of eating mass amounts of crap food in one sitting, I found I could eat clean food almost all day, every day and lose serious body fat!

In fact, when I had lost the majority of my weight (80 pounds) I got down to 134lbs in a size 10. Oh but when I learned how to dial-in my weight training and eating, I lost only 5 lbs. but dropped down to a size 3. It was the first time I’d EVER been in that size!!

The wisdom I gained in using myself as a guinea pig was priceless because taking notes of my experiences, my body’s responses, and the supportive research to add or subtract along the way helped me to really understand how my body works. In my practice, I encourage ALL of my clients to experiment with specific foods as well.

Most people will just read a book or an article and expect it to be the absolute truth, wondering why their body is suffering from flu-like symptoms to blood sugar crashes and everything in-between. There is NO one right answer for every body. We are all biochemically individual!

This post serves as a marker for yet another experiment I’m conducting right now.

Over the last four days, I’ve been going back to vegan and mostly raw eating based on some spiritual guidance I had received from my guides. The message had been creeping up on me for the better part of a month or so. Of course, my limiting beliefs about muscle being made by protein-dense diets tried to take over.

Thankfully, Spirit never lets me back down from what it wants me to be doing!

If you’ve ever been guided by that voice from within, you know how subtle it can be in the onset and the growing intensity as you try to ignore it. LOL As my life now is led BY Spirit, I know not to ignore it.

In the past, my decision to go vegan or raw was based on weight loss and aesthetics or detox. But this time, ohhhhh Spirit had a totally different purpose for it! Alignment.

I got the message that I needed to align with Solar energy. It showed me that there was a consonance with the Sun that needed to happen and in order for me to align with that I needed to become the physically vibrational equivalent of it through food. Yesterday afternoon, I found this (How WAVE X Will Affect You) and realized WHY I was getting the message to align NOW.

Had I not previously experimented with this way of eating, I would have no clue about how my body would respond, nor would I understand meal timing and food combining for my body’s highest good. And of course, I’m still learning along the way.

Each day, I start with 1 whole mango, 1 banana and a small handful of raspberries or blueberries, topped with a tiny sprinkling of hemp seeds. Pre-workout is either 5 oranges, or 2 oranges + 1 grapefruit, peeled and blended in my VitaMix and 2-4 bananas on the side. Afternoon snack is 1 avocado with pink salt.

Variables came with dinner and added drinks. As this time I’m not so focused on the fears I had about losing my muscle or even about eating too much fruit that would make me fat, I chose to play around with different veggies and fruits…and dare I say it, BREAD! For four days, I ate about 4 large slices of tossed sourdough bread with olive oil and pink salt. One day, I added sautéed greens with garlic, onions and red peppers to that.

Yesterday, I guilted myself into eating a baked yam during the day. Why? Well, I cooked them and I didn’t want them to go to waste. My body was not very happy with me to say the least. Guilt doesn’t feel good, especially when you are consuming it. Plus, my body really didn’t want the cooked food during the day!

Mental note, check.

Based on past experience, I know that my body does not like the citrusy fruits first thing in the am. I’m a Pitta-Kapha (see Chopra Center Dosha Quiz to find out what Dosha you are) so my body responds to these types of food by producing more mucous during the hours of 6am-10am. I also know that I do not do well with wet carbs at dinner time. These include things like yams. And, I know that my body prefers to have coffee, black, after lunch rather than in the am when it will simply send me into an acidic tail spin for the remainder of the day. Also, I have found that I am good eating solely raw fruits for first 2/3 of day and consuming cooked foods for dinner as raw foods at night keep me awake.

From this round, in just a few days, I’ve learned that I cannot eat a lot of seeds, nuts and fats until later in the day when I’m not consuming fruit. Whereas before, I used to douse my fruits with seeds and nuts to “get my protein in.” It led to feeling sluggish and the arousal of migraines. Now, no headaches and lots of energy.

No book will ever tell me these things!

I don’t know where this road will lead me, and I’m not attached to eating this way forever, but I do know that for now I’m being led by my body, and by Spirit, and that makes it flow with ease and grace.

By playing around and having fun with your food as if YOU are the ultimate science experiment you’ll learn a great deal about yourself that no generic diet plan will ever solve. You begin to develop a deep, meaningful, and intuitive relationship with your body with greater purpose in every choice.

Go out and be bold in your eating. Learn and try new things daily. Take notes and really get to know your body as if it were your life partner. You’ll be glad you did! And if need help getting started, shoot me an email to set up your free 30 minute Intuitive Life Strategy Session 😉 I’ll review your goals with you and come up with an immediate strategy you can take action on.

The Simplicity of Letting Go

Don’t cry endlessly for what’s happened in your past, it was a gift for your becoming.

Life dealt you cards to test you, strengthen you, and help you unfold the greatest gift of all…

You.

When you allow yourself to breathe new life into your past, shifting your perceptions of how you judged it with closed eyes in the previous version of you, you’ll find it easier to let go of the pain to make space for the wisdom you gained.

It’s a process of remembering that you are a divine being capable of creating any reality you choose. Aligning with the innate, infinite potential to choose another path is powerful skill we all possess!

The emotions you experience can and will be transmuted for your highest growth. Follow the thread of your perceptions and reactions in order to find the meaning. Seek clarity in how you showed up in that moment and take ownership for your contributions.

Blame games are not efficient in healing. They seek only to project our emotions on to someone else and we’ll never experience true healing without going inward to let go of our attachments to the pain. It’s imperative to remember that not everyone perceives the world in the same way that we do. Just because we expect certain behaviors and thought patterns of ourselves does not mean that we can place those same expectations on others. They function in their own way as well.

True empowerment comes in stepping forward into your own true power, taking back control of your mind and of your choices. It happens when we stop choosing thoughts and behaviors based on the past. When we stop blaming others for who we are being we can choose a better feeling thought, habit and path for success. We have to be the change we wish to see in our own lives.

To truly let go of our need to be “right” and surrender to the knowing that we are divine we must let go of our need to be “only human” and seek the expression of Source in it’s highest form. Seek divine in others and be thankful for their presence in your life. This creates a vacuum of consciousness imparting forgiveness and letting go, allowing your space to breathe like a fine wine that develops in flavor and complexity with fresh air.

What lingers in your mind that causes you grief that you are willing to let go of today?

Learning vs Creating- the paradox of divine consciousness

Tags

, , , , , , , , , , ,

In current times, the consciousness of the learning process reflects the concept that it is simply the accumulation of data with a capacity to regurgitate that info at any time. Unfortunately for us that is the fastest and most effective way to numb the brain to the infinite consciousness of divine intelligence.

You see, each and every moment we are creating reality…whether we are aware of it or not.

In order for us to create a new reality we must go through a process of wisdom acquisition: learn, unlearn, relearn. The distillation of knowledge is what creates perspective and context by which we are able to create something new and fresh. Sifting of raw data and assimilation of relevant content is the true meaning of learning which is so rich in body and texture.

But wait, if we are in fact creating reality are we ever really learning something “new” or is this just a process of moving closer to an old paradigm that has been waiting to be explored?

The answer is a bit tricky when it comes to the slippery slopes of quantum mechanics but I’ll tidy it up for you 😉

In true reality, on the universal plane, every possible “reality” exists. We are merely experiencing the one that we resonate with most in the current moment. In the event that we no longer wish to experience the situation we have the choice to change our focus and align with a better feeling experience. This intention “creates” the space for a new reality to “manifest” within our physical plane of existence.

If we are learning from soul-space and seeking to distill the data that we are receiving daily for the highest good and to support our growth in the evolutionary process we find that what we create takes on new form, new insight and new perspective. It becomes an enlightening experience and challenges us to constantly seek greater depth and dimension to the richness of our experience. Learning when done with true assimilation and integration changes who we believe ourselves to be as well as how we show up for and in life. The wealth of information is more easily sifted through as we are more aware of the thoughts and habits that assist us in thriving and gravitate toward more of that which serves to support us. Grace becomes a pinnacle state of being.

So if we “created” the reality, are we really learning anything?

The truth is that life is an unfolding process of who and what we are on a soul-level. What we assimilate is the wisdom that continues to draw us closer to the reality that we came here to live. The process of aligning with our highest self is what we experience as “learning.” From our perspective it appears that we are seeking spirituality through experience but in reality we are uncovering the truth that we ARE Spirit expressing itself through physical form. Wisdom is the knowing that we are really the condensed versions of the highest and greatest source energy.

Today, take a note from your book of life to distill and assimilate with fresh eyes. Rather than memorizing data for regurgitation, experiment with the journey of dissecting and grasping a new perspective on it. Your life can be a stale library full of knowledge or a buzzing science lab full of wonderful experiments in consciousness.
